Each month, a new envelope arrives in your mailbox with a letter from Santa sharing his latest adventures, discoveries, stories and North Pole mischief. Along with other surprises like crafts, stickers, photos, and more!

Are these physical items?
Yes! Santa mail arrives through good old-fashioned snail mail. That's part of the magic.
Are the monthly letters personalized?
Our monthly subscriptions are mailed to all children with the same mailings and letters. If you want a personalized letter we do have the seasonal personalized option.
Can siblings receive letters?
We have many families subscribed to our monthly Santa adventures. Families love sharing the letters because the included items are great for sharing. Multiple pieces allow for siblings to enjoy the mailings together. While you can always subscriber twice for two of the same mailings, most families enjoy sharing them.
When will my personalized Christmas letter arrive?
Our personalized Christmas letters are all sent as they are ordered. Order sooner for faster more secure turn around and then tuck your letter away till you're ready to share it with your child or grand child.
Do I need to purchase something for my child to write Santa?
Nope. We love receiving letters from children. And we love sharing them with others. If you do want a reply letter, include $3-5 to cover shipping and handling, and a return address either on the envelope or in the letter and we will reply within 3 days of receiving the letter. A personalized reply on Santa letterhead coming back their way!
