Please order early whenever possible. Mail delivery times may increase as Christmas approaches, and Santa’s mailroom becomes extremely busy during December.

Ordering early gives the elves more time to carefully prepare your child’s mailing.

Will the letter say whether my child is on the naughty or nice list?

The Santa Chronicles focuses on encouragement, kindness, growth, and Christmas joy. Santa may celebrate good choices and gently encourage positive behavior, but the letter will not shame or frighten a child.

Can I order letters for several children?

Yes. You can order a separate letter for each child.
